Delhi's Transport Minister Gopal Rai on Saturday said that the state government is planning to reintroduce the second phase of the odd-even scheme in April-May where women drivers may have their exemption revoked. Meanwhile, the scheme's third phase in October will be applicable to two-wheelers as well. The decision follows the scheme's initial run which the Delhi government deemed successful.
