Odisha approves ₹40,000 cr JSW EV project: 11,000 jobs expected

Odisha's cabinet greenlit incentives for JSW Group's ₹40,000 crore EV and battery plants in Naraj and Paradip, expected to generate 11,000 jobs. The Naraj site will host the world's biggest single-location EV project, with a 50 GWh battery facility and ₹25,000 crore in EV production. Paradip will see a ₹15,000 crore EV parts complex, creating 7,000+ jobs.
