Odisha CM donates one year's salary in wake of Cyclone Fani

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday donated one year's salary to the Chief Minister's relief fund in the wake of Cyclone Fani. Patnaik said, "For me and my government, every life is precious and we have worked with that goal." The Odisha government has been praised by the UN agency for disaster reduction for its handling of Cyclone Fani.
