Odisha youth held after machete threat to girls outside college

Panic erupted outside Derabish College gate in Odisha's Kendrapara district on Saturday after a student allegedly threatened two girls with a machete-like weapon in broad daylight. Viral footage showed one girl bravely shielding her terrified friend during the confrontation. Police detained the accused, saying he threatened the girls over a marriage-related dispute. An investigation is underway.
