Office rents across India jump 9% YoY; vacancies fall to 15%

Average office rentals across India's top seven cities rose 9% year-on-year to ₹96 per sq ft per month in first half of 2026, while vacancy levels fell to 15%, Anarock said. Strong demand from global capability centres and flexible workspace outpaced new supply. GCCs leased 19.2 million sq ft, 45% of total 42.6 million sq ft, of gross office leasing.
