Official laughs as Trump calls Canada PM 'Governor Trudeau' again

US President Donald Trump once again referred to Canadian PM Justin Trudeau as "Governor Trudeau" during a press conference. Trump was responding to a question about the delay in implementation of US tariffs on Canadian goods when he said he spoke to "Governor Trudeau" several times. An official can be heard laughing at his remark in a video.
