Oil & gas companies begin asking households with PNG to surrender LPG connection

Oil and gas companies have begun asking households with Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to surrender their LPG connections, as holding both isn't permitted under new government regulations. The rules came into effect on March 14 amid supply pressures linked to the West Asia war. Accordingly, companies have to stop LPG refills or deny new connections to such households.
