Oil tops $90 after nearly a month as Iran kills 2 American soldiers

Brent crude topped $90/barrel, the highest level since June 11, as it rose 3% after recording its biggest weekly jump since April. WTI crude also rose nearly 3% as it hit $84.68/barrel after two American soldiers were killed by Iran in Jordan, signalling an escalation in the US-Iran war. UKMTO said an oil vessel northwest of Oman was on fire.
