Ola, Uber & Porter score zero in working conditions for gig workers: Fairwork

Ride hailing companies Ola and Uber and logistics startup Porter ranked lowest in working conditions for gig workers with a score of zero, according to Fairwork India Ratings 2024. The report evaluated 11 companies, among which BigBasket emerged as the top performer, along with Swiggy, Urban Company, and Zomato. All of these companies scored 6 points each out of 10.
