Ola acquires Amsterdam electric scooter startup Etergo

Ola has announced it has acquired Amsterdam-based electric scooter startup Etergo, however, the deal size wasn't disclosed. Ola Founder Bhavish Aggarwal said "the post COVID world is an opportunity to accelerate adoption of electric mobility", adding that electric two-wheelers will be most preferred globally. Etergo was founded in 2014 and has raised over ₹166 crore across seven funding rounds.
