Taxi hailing service Ola's owner ANI Technologies and Co-Founder Bhavish Aggarwal on Friday acquired a minority stake in Zipcash, an online payments startup. As per documents filed with the Registrar of Companies, ANI Technologies bought 3.4% stake in ZipCash for Rs 3.2 crore in June, Aggarwal bought a 2.56% stake for Rs 1.2 crore in March.
