Ola Electric IPO: Decoding The Shareholding Pattern

Last week, Bhavish Aggarwal-led electric vehicle (EV) maker Ola Electric filed its DRHP with SEBI for an INR 5,500 Cr IPO. With this, the startup is set to be the first full-fledged EV player to go public. The startup’s public issues comprise a fresh issue of INR 5,500 Cr and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of up to 9.51 Cr shares.
