Ola Electric to file for ₹5,840 crore IPO by next week: Report

Ola Electric is preparing to file its draft papers with the SEBI for an IPO by December 20, CNBC-TV18 reported. The company is planning to raise $700 million (₹5,840 crore) through IPO and is aiming to achieve $7-8 billion valuation by early 2024, the report added. Last month, Ola Electric converted itself from a private company to a public entity.
