Ola in talks to acquire Uber's India business: Report

Homegrown cab aggregator Ola is in talks with US-based ride-hailing startup Uber to acquire its India business, according to reports. The deal is reportedly being negotiated by Japan's SoftBank, which is the biggest investor in both the companies. Earlier, SoftBank Vision Fund's CEO Rajeev Misra had said that Uber should focus on its market share in the US for profitability.
