The taxi-hailing mobile app, Ola, is reportedly planning to double its fleet in the city of Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) from the current number of 800 cabs to 1,600 by the next year. The company added that it will focus on creating an eco-system to nurture micro-entrepreneurship among drivers in existing as well as new cities this year.
