A picture showing ex-US President George Bush’s reaction after being informed about the 9/11 attacks has resurfaced. Bush was conducting a reading seminar before students at a school when Chief of Staff Andrew Card whispered that a second plane had hit the World Trade Center and “America is under attack.” A student said Bush looked "anxious" and "concerned".
