Old TV causes broadband outages at same time in UK village for 18 months

An old television set was found to be the cause of an entire village losing its broadband every morning at 7 am for 18 months in the British village of Aberhosan. The owners would switch on their television set at 7 am every morning. The electrical interference emitted by their second-hand television was affecting the broadband signal, engineers found.
