Oleksii Yukov, known as Ukraine's 'collector of souls', dies in blast

Oleksii Yukov, known as Ukraine's 'Collector of Souls', was killed after stepping on a landmine while carrying out a recovery mission. He spent more than two decades recovering the bodies of civilians and soldiers killed in war, including Russian troops. Yukov had founded the Platsdarm organisation because he believed all the dead should receive a proper burial.
