Olympic medallist boxer Lovlina enters semis, assures medal for India at Asiad

Olympic bronze medal-winning boxer Lovlina Borgohain defeated South Korea's Suyeon Seong 5-0 in the quarterfinal of the women's 75 kg boxing event at the Asian Games 2026 on Monday. The 28-year-old has assured India of a medal at the Games after securing a spot in the semi-final. Lovlina had won a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou.
