Om Birla forms Parliamentary Friendship Groups with 60 countries

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla constituted Parliamentary Friendship Groups with more than 60 countries to widen India's inter-parliamentary engagement and diplomatic ties. The initiative will allow Indian lawmakers to speak directly to their global counterparts and build trust. These groups are led by a mix of senior and younger MPs from across parties, including P Chidambaram and Shrikant Shinde.
