Oman paragliding crash kills sibling duo in Dhofar

A brother and sister died in a paragliding accident in Oman's Dhofar Governorate after reportedly losing control midair and falling to the ground. The victims were identified as Captain Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Kalbani and his sister. Following the incident, Oman's Air Sports Committee ordered all licensed paragliding centres to shut down until further notice across the country.
