Omani co-pilot chose to join flydubai as it operated flights to Israel: Report

Omani co-pilot Hamam al-Hammami, who stabbed Indian Captain Smit Machchhar aboard a flydubai flight, chose to join the airline because it operated flights to Israel, HT reported. Al-Hammami told investigators he'd used previous trips to Israel to gather information and plan. He allegedly planned to crash into US military base in Jordan in case he was unable to reach Israel.
