Omar Abdullah & estranged wife Payal's divorce cleared by SC 17 years after separation

The Supreme Court has cleared Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah's divorce with his estranged wife Payal Nath around 17 years after their separation. Abdullah's lawyer Kapil Sibal informed the court that the former couple has embraced freedom and has mutually agreed to settle all pending disputes. Abdullah and Payal, who got married in 1994, are parents to two sons.
