On what authority?: BJP on Kejriwal's name on foundation stone of Punjab govt project

BJP criticised the ruling AAP government after party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal's name appeared on the foundation stone of a Punjab government project above the names of CM Bhagwant Mann and other state leaders.
