ONDC to help Indian e-comm to grow to 500 mn monthly users: Nilekani

Infosys Chairman Nandan Nilekani said e-commerce firms will need Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) for online purchases to grow to 500 million monthly transacting users from the current 80 million. "ONDC will create a new class of e-commerce users. Suddenly, people who didn't think of e-commerce earlier will start thinking of it for convenience," he said.
