One Indian killed in attack on vessel in Russian territorial waters

The Ministry of External Affairs on Friday said that one Indian was killed in an attack on a commercial vessel in Russian territorial waters in the Black Sea on July 18. MEA stated the vessel had three Indians on board and added that two of them are safe. "We extend our deepest condolences to...the...bereaved family of the deceased," MEA said.
