One of the world's largest chipmakers, SK hynix, has submitted a registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The South Korean firm plans to list under the ticker symbol 'SKHY'. The company aims to raise 45.45 trillion won (approximately $29.4 billion).
