One of world's most wanted human traffickers released by Libya

Libyan authorities have released a man described as one of the world's most wanted human traffickers, who was sanctioned by the UN for sinking migrant boats. The coastguard commander Abd al-Rahman al-Milad is suspected of being part of a criminal network operating in Libya's Zawiya. Milad was freed on Sunday after charges against him were dropped "for lack of evidence".
