One8 Commune's Bengaluru outlet, previously co-owned by Kohli, shuts over non-payment of rent

The One8 Commune restaurant in Bengaluru, which was previously co-owned by Virat Kohli, has been shut after a court order over non-payment of rent. The rent dues had reportedly exceeded ₹2 crore. Virat Kohli had already severed ties with the outlet and withdrawn his brand name from the restaurant, which was located near the Chinnaswamy Stadium, after repeated compliance issues.
