One-time water bill settlement scheme to be rolled out in Delhi

Delhi Jal Board Vice Chairman Saurabh Bharadwaj has said that a one-time water bill settlement scheme will be rolled out in Delhi soon for consumers who have not paid their "high" water bills. Under the scheme, a consumer's water consumption average will be calculated based on their historical data of 5-10 years, following which a new bill will be generated.
