ONGC board to consider FY26 results, final dividend on May 26

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) informed exchanges that its board meeting is scheduled on May 26, 2026, to consider FY26 audited financial results and recommendation of final dividend, if any. Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) holding in ONGC increased to 7.97% in March 2026 from 7.43% in the previous quarter, while promoters held 58.89% stake.
