ONGC in talks with Venezuela's PDVSA to acquire stakes in 2 oilfields: Report
India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is in talks with Venezuela's state-run oil company PDVSA to acquire all or part of its stakes in two oilfields, The Economic Times reported. ONGC Videsh currently holds a 40% stake in the San Cristobal field and an 11% stake in the Carabobo-1 field. The proposed deal reportedly depends on a US licence.
