Only breakup not enough to constitute abetment of suicide: Delhi HC

Delhi High Court has ruled that mere breakup doesn't constitute instigation for abetment of suicide. While granting bail to a man accused of abetting his ex-partner's suicide, who hanged herself days after his marriage to another woman, the court said instigation must be of such a nature that it leaves the deceased with no option but to take their life.
