Only educated people voted: UP minister Rajbhar on BJP's loss in MLC polls in Varanasi

Reacting to SP defeating BJP and winning two seats in MLC polls in Varanasi, UP minister Om Prakash Rajbhar said the elections reflected the mandate of educated voters rather than the general public. "During the Assembly elections, these same educated people will not turn up at polling booths. Then, the common voter will be seen at the booths," he stated.
