Only empty utensils, non-edibles stored in the area: IIT Roorkee on video of rats in mess

IIT Roorkee issued a clarification after a video showing rats inside utensils at the institute's Radhakrishnan Bhawan mess went viral. Stating that the video was recorded by students who entered the mess at night, it said the rodents were found in a closed area where only empty utensils and non-edible items are stored. No food items were contaminated, it added.
