Only toilet on Moon-bound Artemis II spacecraft malfunctions shortly after launch, fixed later

Shortly after NASA's historic Artemis II Moon mission launch, the Orion capsule's only toilet malfunctioned when its fan got jammed due to a controller issue. The urine collection system was disabled, though solid waste disposal still worked. Mission specialist Christina Koch was walked through a fix by NASA's ground teams and restored the system.
