Kerala CM Oommen Chandy on Friday resigned from the post following the Congress-led UDF's defeat in the Assembly election. Chandy submitted his resignation to Governor P Sathasivam. "This is only a temporary phenomena and Congress will come back with strength", he said. Chandy further added the matter of him becoming the Opposition leader will be decided at the party level.
