Open to hosting Iran's FIFA WC 2026 games: Mexico Prez Sheinbaum

Mexican President Claudia ​Sheinbaum on Tuesday said her country would have ​no problem ​hosting Iran's matches in ⁠the World Cup 2026, if soccer ​governing body FIFA agrees. This comes after Iran ​asked FIFA ​to move their matches ‌to ⁠Mexico from the US amid the Middle East war. Iran are placed in Group G alongside Belgium, Egypt and New Zealand.
