OpenAI burned ₹9 crore daily on AI video app Sora before shutting it down: Report

OpenAI's AI video-generation app Sora was costing the startup around $1 million per day (over ₹9 crore), WSJ reported. The app's user count had also dropped to under 5 lakh from a peak of around 10 lakh. OpenAI announced last week that it'd shut down Sora, a move that also led to the cancellation of a $1-billion deal with Disney.
