OpenAI claims Apple staff have access to secrets after quitting, counters theft claim

OpenAI hit back at Apple's trade secrets lawsuit, saying it arises from Apple's failure to manage system access after employees leave. "Former employees trying to do the right thing when they leave still have access to files despite not wanting them or being aware of them," it said.
