OpenAI has few bad apples & know who they are: Apple in trade secrets theft case

During a federal court hearing in Apple's trade secret misappropriation lawsuit against OpenAI, Apple counsel said device inspections would be limited to employees who defected to OpenAI. "They don't have 400 bad apples... they've..few bad apples and know who they're," the counsel added. He was responding to judge's concern that inspecting all devices and repositories would be a "huge ask".
