OpenAI has launched GPT-6.1 Terra, an updated version of its mid-tier AI model, with improved factual accuracy and computer-based tasks, at standard API prices 50% lower than those of previous versions. It is designed to interpret technical drawings, visually understand content and interact with computer applications during multi-step workflows. Notably, it recorded an error rate of 16.7%.
