OpenAI leak reveals GPT-5.5, other new AI models: Reports

A glitch in OpenAI's Codex platform briefly exposed multiple unreleased AI models, including GPT-5.5, Moneycontrol said, citing social media reports. An internal model selection menu listed models such as GPT-5.5, oai-2.1, Arcanine and glacier-alpha. While OpenAI hasn't confirmed the leak, some developers said they managed to test the models and reported improved efficiency.
