OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said the AI startup has been "on the wrong side of history" when it comes to being open about how its technology works. "We...need to figure out a different open-source strategy," Altman said on Reddit. OpenAI has been criticised earlier for being closed source despite having the word 'Open' in its name.
