OpenAI pushes for 4-day workweek, fails to try it itself as staff flags 'cut-throat' culture

Months after urging firms to test a four-day workweek, citing rising AI-led employee productivity, OpenAI is yet to test the move for itself, BBC reported. An employee who left OpenAI last year described a gruelling work culture marked by frequent "crisis meetings", working on weekends and "super-cut-throat" performance reviews.
