OpenAI's Sora 2 slammed as Hollywood agencies allege copyright violations

Hollywood's Creative Artists Agency alleged that OpenAI's Sora 2 poses a risk to intellectual property. An official statement questioned, "Does OpenAI believe humans, writers, artists, actors, directors, producers, musicians, and athletes deserve to be compensated and credited for work they create?" Further, United Talent Agency agreed with statement, calling Sora's approach "exploitation".
