OpenAI seeks ₹9.6 cr from Musk as xAI fails to prove trade secret theft

OpenAI has asked a federal judge to order Elon Musk-led xAI to pay more than $1 million (₹9.6 crore) in legal costs, arguing its trade secrets lawsuit lacked merit, Bloomberg reported. The request came after xAI said it plans to appeal dismissal of its lawsuit. The dispute began after xAI accused OpenAI of poaching employees and misusing confidential business information.
