OpenAI to pay ₹1.85 lakh cr to Cerebras for equity stake: Report

OpenAI has reportedly agreed to pay over ₹1,85,660 crore ($20 billion) to Cerebras over three years to use its chip-powered servers, in a deal that includes an equity stake, The Information reported. The total spend could rise to $30 billion, giving OpenAI warrants for about 10% of the company. Cerebras may disclose the arrangement in its upcoming IPO filing.
