OpenAI unveils Deep Research tool that can act as research analyst

OpenAI launched 'Deep Research', a new agent capable of doing work independently for users. "You give it a prompt and ChatGPT will find, analyse and synthesize hundreds of online sources to create...comprehensive report at the level of a research analyst," the company stated. It added its latest tool "accomplishes in tens of minutes what would take a human many hours".
