Opendoor reshuffles key leadership to drive next growth phase

Opendoor announced key leadership changes, naming Lucas Matheson as President effective December 22 and confirming Christy Schwartz as CFO from Jan. 1, 2026. Matheson, former CEO of Coinbase Canada, will oversee corporate development and strategy, while Opendoor said Schwartz was chosen after extensive searches showed the best candidate was already inside the company.
